Katja Vogel

Katja has been singing singing and dancing since she was a teenager. After she finished school she studied Musical Theatre in Munich at the Abraxas Musical Academy and graduated in 2004.
As a musical theatre actress she performed in Musicals like „Cabaret“ at the opera of Halle/Saale, sang in various stage productions, concerts and weddings. She also worked with Dschinghis Khan in Moskau, Kiev and Ulan-Bator.
In 2011 she started teaching singing in Munich and started studying the Speech Level Singing method as a student teacher.
Since 2013 Katja is an Instructor with the Institute for Vocal Advancement. She teaches singing in her studio in Munich, Germany as well as online worldwide. She teaches beginners, advanced and professional singers at all ages. Her voice lessons combine technique in a healthy and effective way with music style. Besides her strong background of musical theatre she teaches also any other style of music.
Moreover Katja works at the Munich Film Academy (München Film Akademie) and New Munich Acting school (Neue Münchner Schauspielschule). In their education Katja trains her acting students using their speaking voice in a balanced and optimal resonated manner and develops their singing to their full vocal potential.
