Annie Little
Area Representative: California
Annie has been a working singer and actress in film and television for more than 20 years.
As a singer/songwriter, Annie garnered international attention starting in 2010 when she sang and co-wrote the songs accompanying the commercials that launched the Amazon Kindle, while also starring in the multi-spot campaign. This led to a music publishing deal and a career as a professional songwriter and performer.
As an actress, in addition to her supporting role in Academy Award winning Best Picture film “Argo”, she has guest starred and recurred on numerous American hit TV shows such as “Good Trouble”, “Shameless” and “Jane the Virgin”.
After her early classical training at the University of Utah, Annie was determined to find her voice in contemporary styles. She sought out the best teachers to help her overcome her vocal limitations, ultimately realizing she wanted to help others do the same.
Annie's singing experience includes a variety of styles including pop, folk, bluesy rock, jazz, musical theatre and classical. She is dedicated to helping passionate singers find their full, true voice without strain, breaks, or cracks so they can express with freedom and authenticity. Annie incorporates mindfulness techniques into her teaching, helping singers build focus, cultivate awareness, and improve performance anxiety.
She teaches from her home studio in Laurel Canyon in Los Angeles where she lives with her husband, daughter, and a Miniature American Eskimo dog named Starbuck.
