Two of the missions of IVA

Today we are looking at two of the most important missions of IVA:

Transparency

At IVA we value and practice transparency, and believe it is extremely important to the "community building atmosphere," that we desire to have. Transparency builds trust, and trust builds strong relationships, therefore fostering a strong environment for the learning, growth and development for our teachers. We intend to share all information about how the company runs, who is involved and what they do. We are also happy to listen to the needs of our teachers and customers to ensure we deliver the best possible service alongside the education.

Education

At IVA we strive for excellence in education. IVA has over 125 years of experience through its Master Teachers alone. With our combined efforts and experience we believe our education to be on the "cutting edge" of development and effectiveness. We welcome all teachers who are interested in pursuing our instruction certification program. We believe you never finish learning, there is always more to take in or to understand at a deeper level and our Master Teachers strive to continue to develop their own education so they can continue to develop everyone they teach. We also value education in all areas of music and performance that will help our students to become the artists they wish to be.
