Automatic Payment Terms and Conditions

By signing up for automatic payments, you agree that IVA will collect the specified payment amounts on the dates listed, according to your chosen payment plan.

IVA will notify you three days before the payment is collected and will automatically collect money through your chosen payment method.

Your invoice and receipts will be available to download in the Payments section of the Teachers Dashboard.

You can see a schedule of your upcoming payments and amounts during the application process, and afterward in the Teachers Dashboard in the Payments section.

IVA will also notify you one month before a payment method is due to expire and prompt you to update it.

You can update your chosen payment method at any time through the dashboard.

What happens if you need to change your automatic payments?

For any changes to be made, please get in touch with support@vocaladvancement.com as soon as possible. We can then make the necessary amendments.

What if your financial institution refuses a transaction?

If your payment is declined for any reason, including insufficient funds, a closed account, or an unauthorized account, IVA will contact you at the email address provided when setting up the agreement and making your first payment. This email will notify you that payment has failed.

We shall attempt to re-try the payment three times: on the first, third, and fifth days after the initial failed transaction.

Your regular payments will be cancelled if the transaction is still refused after the third attempt. You will receive an email from IVA informing you that the payment schedule has been cancelled. You will need to contact us to restart your payments.

If payment is not received within 30 days, access to the Teachers Dashboard and IVA program will be suspended until payment is made.
